If you haven’t already heard, BBW has a few new series of candles that are really making a summer splash and it isn’t even their semi-annual sale yet! These jars are mostly all being sold for half off which is around $12.95 and the scents are delicious to smell. The Destination jars are 3 wicks and they consist of a set of 8 jars. These ‘Destination’ candles are places around the world that we visit or are on our bucket lists. The other collections are foods jars and they just hit the shelves. If you would ask me, i always prefer the ones that smell so good you could lick them, but…you can’t.
So many new jars are out at this store that you cannot possible try to even collect them all. You would go broke, and nuts. Watch for good sales. Don’t buy them unless they are 50% off and do keep in mind that during the SAS sales you might just get yourself a bargain or more at 75% off. As always though, keep an eye on your jars and never leave them unattended. Most often it is ok, nonetheless, you may just get a defective candle like I did recently. My jar cracked at the top of the rim. It caught fire and burnt the sides of the jar scorching the label. In all the years that I have bought from BBW I have never experience an issue like this before. Thank goodness I was at home as it awakened me with the smell of the smoke. Listen, as a long time buyer of bath & body works, and even as a past employee years and years ago, having been through this minor ordeal, I reached out to our friends at Bath & Body Works and they immediately responded to me with questions regarding this issue.
